Once you have purchased an online course, you will have six months access to it. If we are unable, for some reason, to supply the product, we will not accept the order so you will not be charged. It is not possible to cancel the order once we have accepted payment.
If you fail to complete the course in the time available you will not be eligible for a refund.
Courses that are hosted by NHS Trusts need to be paid direct to them. You will be given this information when you click to register on a course. Courses held by NES at their venues, can be paid for by using PayPal.

All NES courses are taught in English and all written notes accompanying courses are written in English

No.  When you buy an online course, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions which state that this is for personal use only.

Yes. The first time you wish to purchase an online course or register for a classroom course you will be asked to register yourself as a user on the NES website.

No. NES is not currently VAT registered

You can apply for the classroom course and let us know that your Trust is paying.  We will send an invoice.  Your place is not confirmed until payment (or proof of approval for payment e.g. a purchase order number) is received.

BAHT usually allows student OTs and physios, therapy technicians or assistants to attend the BAHT Level I course so long as the employer sends a letter showing how this will achieve goals for the individual and for the department.  The individual is allowed to take the exam but will not gain the BAHT point.  Nurses, doctors and other health professionals are not eligible for BAHT validated courses.  Only occupational therapists and physiotherapists are eligible for BAHT Level II courses.

This depends on the course.  If you are a health professional, please apply and we will only accept your application if you are suitable for the course.  

Yes.  All health professionals are eligible to purchase our online courses.  When you register on our website, you will be asked your profession and confirm that you comply with our Terms and Conditions.  This includes confirmation of your profession.  

No there is no need to contact us to ask if there are places available.  If we accept your application to register for the course, there are places available.  The number of places available on classroom courses will be clearly displayed on the NES website.

You will only be eligible for a refund if there are extenuating circumstances and your place can be filled.  Please contact NES on nes@neshands.co.uk to discuss your case individually.
