BAHT Validated Courses:Management of the Thumb – Level II
This course covers the anatomy and biomechanics of the thumb in order to apply it to the assessment and treatment of common disorders seen. This includes fractures, ligament injuries, tendinopathies, tendon and nerve repair and rheumatoid and osteoarthritis. Skills for splinting the thumb will be considered. Teaching includes lectures and workshops throughout.
This course will be run virtually and applications are open via the website. This programme is provisional and timings may change a little. Prior to the course, NES will send a package to each delegate with items for the workshops.
